All our sessions are planned personally in advance with the needs of our individual learners in mind to ensure they make the best possible progress.
We adapt sessions as we go to maximise learning opportunities, as well as recording strengths and areas to work on for subsequent sessions.
Each child has their own feedback working document which we update weekly, so you as parents, can see exactly what they have been working on and what their next steps for learning are. Parents are, of course, welcomed and encouraged to comment on this document as we know good parent-tutor communication leads to excellent results.

Paired and Small Group Lessons
We offer Paired and Group Lessons (up to 3 pupils to ensure focussed learning) and know how to get our students to excel through personalised attention, patience, a lot of practice, and hard work. We make learning fun through a variety of engaging and outside-the-box activities.
11+ Preparation
Is your child considering taking the 11+ exam? We have plenty of experience in preparing children for both the Maths and English elements of this. We can help our students feel confidence in their 11+ knowledge, as well as teaching tips and tricks to succeed in the exams.
We recommend starting tuition for the 11+ from the start of year 5 to ensure appropriate time to cover all the content and to maximise confidence.

SEN Focussed Sessions
​With many years' experience working with children with SEN in the classroom, as well as both having First Class Degrees in Psychology, we are extremely knowledgeable about how children with SEN develop and learn. Furthermore, Josh's experience in school as a SENDCO means whether your child is on the pathway to a diagnosis, or they already have an EHCP in place, we are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively support them in our sessions.
